Plastic screw top cap

ROPP caps
ROPP is short for Roll-on Pilfer Proof, Roll-on Pilfer Proof is a type of screw cap where the thread is formed by pressure against the container. Roll-on-pilfer-proof (ROPP) caps are made from aluminum. The thread is formed as the cap is applied to the bottle via a ROPP capping machine. It can form the threads to stick together stronger with the bottle threads.
ROPP caps are in very high demand in the beverage and food industry, widely used in liquor, medical, pharmaceuticals, beverages, food, agrochemicals, essential oil, lube oil, and misc. industries. Capping heads can be adjusted for any shape and size of bottles.
Suitable for a wide range of cap and bottle mouth opening sizes from 18mm diameter up to 38mm diameter. Typical bottle sizes of 50ml to 1000ml are handled as standard and bottles as small as 10ml can be handled by using pucks to hold the bottle during capping.
Crown caps
